Seed Ball Making
Seed ball making is used as a participatory environmental activity to promote greening, biodiversity, and ecological awareness. Y4D Foundation engages students, youth, volunteers, and local communities in preparing seed balls from soil, compost, and native seeds for dispersal in suitable open areas, degraded land, and community spaces.
Tree Plantation
To increase green cover and restore local ecosystems, Y4D Foundation undertakes tree plantation initiatives across schools, villages, community spaces, institutional campuses, and other suitable locations. The programme promotes native and climate-resilient species, supported by planned plantation and continued plant care. Sustainable Waste Management
Foundation promotes responsible waste management through practical, community-led initiatives that encourage waste segregation, recycling, and cleaner public spaces. The programme includes electric vehicle-based waste collection, PET bottle collection drives, and beach cleaning activities, bringing together communities, volunteers, and local stakeholders to take action for a cleaner environment.
